last tues. 1st july.
it marks the start of my life without having to work.
it's so great.
and tad day i met up with ruth.
met her at chinatown.
going to my aunt's shop together to make our hair.

we reached d shop at 1 plus.
and it's kinda crowded.
so we went to have our lunch first.
ate at swensens at chinatown point.
swensens. our usual hangout place in town area.
reminds us of our jc memories.
our class outings which always ended up at swensens.
sometimes, the sexy 4 (mi, jannah, ruth and ally) will go swensens after sch.
swensens at plaza sing.
or sometimes, mi, jannah, ruth and yonghui.
or sometimes, just mi and jannah only.
all the swensens memories tad i had during my jc life.
and swensens became our usual hangout place for lunch/dinner.

so we were at swensens waiting to be seated.
it's kinda packed cos it's lunch time.
so we waited for quite some time before seated.
so we chat abt alot of stuff.
jc stuff, uni stuff.
it's always nice chatting with her.
mi and ruth sit besides each other during tutorial lessons.
so everytime, everyday, i'll see her.
and we'll chat with each other quite alot.
cos sometimes tutorial can be quite boring.

after lunch, went back to my aunt's shop.
she start first.
highlighting her hair den trim her hair.
i started later cos not enough seats.
i bleached my grown black hair.
wash away den re-highlighted my hair.
wash away again den i did a hair treatment.
so in total, my hair was being washed 3 times.
after tad, my aunt cut my hair for mi.

ruth wanted to wait for mi.
in d end, i need to do so mani things.
so she left first at around 8.
so i continue doing my hair until 9plus.
and i was the last customer there.
i asked my aunt to trim my eyebrows too.
so nice. haha.
den my dad, mum and another aunt came to fetch mi.
cos they were juz around tad area.


on wed, i didn't go out.
just slack at home.
haven been slacking at home for a long time.
sometimes it's realli nice slacking at home.
cos nth to do and can sleep for as long as i like.
but i had to wake up early.
cos i had driving lesson revision.
driving lesson revision nth much.
just revise all d things i've learnt.
and to cover the test routes again.

on thurs, it's also d same thing.
go for lesson in d morning.
so couldn't slp in.
and tis instructor i kena him before.
but it's quite some time back.
if i nv rmb wrongly, i kena him when i were in stage 2 of my driving.
though he's still as quiet, i feel that he wasn't as fierce.
d first time when i see him, he looks kinda stern.
but den tis time, he dont look tad stern anymore.
it's a gd thing.

on fri, wanted to slp in.
but i also didn't slp till too late.
woke up at around 12.
den had to prepare.
went to hospital with my mum, small cousin and small aunt.
went SGH.
so we first went to see my 2nd aunt.
den went to see my grandma.

when i was walking from 1 block to another,
i saw alot of my childhood memories.
tad place looked familiar.
and i remebered vividly tad i came here before when i was very young.
and i went there not once but quite a few times.
but i couldn't rmb whom i was visitin tad time.
all i rmb was mi, my bro and some other kids were playing there.
but i also can't realli rmb who.
but well, it's kinda nice.
recalling my childhood memories.

my 2nd aunt looked okay to mi.
my grandma looked very weak.
and she said she has been feeling dizzy.
cos of tad, she delayed in discharging.
tad i went to d toilet with my small cousin.
she's onli pri 4.
walked past a cafeteria.
and it smells gd.
d toilet is okay.
1 special thing is the tissue provided.
it's motion-sensored.
so we'll have to place our hands at d sensor and d tissue will roll out.
cool rite.

after tad, my small uncle came.
at around 3, we went off.
have to fetch another of my cousin from sch.
she's pri 5.
so my mum drove them home.
my cousin went up to change.
my mum went up to take some stuff.
leaving mi and d smaller cousin.
so we ended up playing in d car.
so tempted to drive.
but i didn't cos it's illegal to do so.
can't wait to get my license.

tad cousin so playful.
everything also wan to touch and play.
after tad, all of us went to bpp together.
so we went to ljs first.
cos i haven had my lunch.
and my uncle suggested going there.
so i ate a set and had an add-on.
i added d potato skin.
there's cheese on top.
so when i first brought my food there,
my cousins were snatching my cheese.
but i stopped them from doing so.
haha.

den my aunt brought the same thing.
den my cousins ate up all d cheese la.
so naughty.
they like playing with d food.
cheese is realli nice.
but they acted as if they haven eaten cheese for veri long.
HAHA.
after tad, we went shopping at bpp NTUC.
haha. 6 of us.

shopped for quite long.
bought alot of stuff.
fruits, sweets, tidbits, biscuits, drinks, necessities.
alot alot.
it's kinda nice ah.
first time shopping with them.
den we were like playing around.
like some kids.
when i were at d cashier, i saw someone.
i saw him before at NTUC too.

after tad, my mum drove them home.
and i went back home with alot of stuff.
a veri nice day spent with the family.



on sat, had 28 outing.
d guys wanna celebrate andrew's bdae.
and tad day, mi and vien dressed up deliberately.
haha. cos i felt like wearing dress.
so met vien and norvin at cck at 4.45 like tad.
den took 190 to town.
mi and vien kept talking.
den norvin like emo like tad lor.
sit down there listening to his iTouch.
dont wanna talk to us like tad.

mi and vien wanted to meet earlier to go shopping.
in d end, we reached town like 5.30?
so we also dont realli have d time to shop.
we alighted at far east.
cos she wanna go to the Stage shop.
after tad, we walked to taka.
cos she wanted to buy smth from fox.
den she psycho mi to buy with her so tad got discount.
in d end, she got her top but d top tad i wanted dont have my size there.
so we were like looking around.

in d end, we asked d staff there to check with other outlets.
d next nearest one is at plaza sing.
and they have the tops with the size and colour we wanted.
so we decided to make our way down after dinner.
after tad, we went to Fish & Co at paragon.
saw ben, andrew and xining there.
had to wait for seats.
cos there were 11 of us.

so mi and vien decided to walk around first.
but the basement of paragon got nth much to shop.
den we saw the supermarket.
d supermarket is those high class one la.
everything is packaged till veri nice.
and we saw d melon was being placed into a box.
like wth???!!!

haha. and of cos d price there is a little steeper.
partly cos of d packaging ba.
den went to d sweets section.
and both of us saw a packet of sweets tad we both like when we were young.

tad sweets is like kinda popular during our childhood times.
but after tad, it's like missing.
can't find it anywhere.
tad day at d supermarket, we saw it once again.
so nice.
and d sweet is realli veri nice. =))
so we were saying we both buy those weird weird sweets den we share.
weird as in those sweets we nv see before.
so i saw 1 tad looks kinda nice and cute.
apple and orange flavour.

den we went back fish and co to look for them.
justin were alr there.
den jeen came.
followed by john and zhiling.
and lastly, guo xiang.
and it's ordering of food time.
mi and vien shared 1 seafood platter for one.
i ordered passion fruit drink.
she ordered a drink mixed with lime and cola.
i forget the name.

our food was okay okay onli.
d sotong wasn't realli nice.
rice was okay.
fries nth special. as usual.
and d tiger prawns is nice!
i love prawns.
jeen ordered swordfish.
so i ate a little.
first time eating a swordfish.
and u noe how was it???
it's............
it tastes like a fish lor.
HAHAHAHAHA. LOLL.
but it's quite nice with the dunno wad sauce.

jeen and just ordered big fish drink.
i saw it before.
but nv carry it before.
when i tried to take it up, it's like damn heavy la.
but d guys carry it like nobody's business.
it's looks so light when they took it up.
aniway, d drink is nice.
but d first time when i noe it's a mixture of carrot and dunno wad.
it's kinda turn off ah.
cos i dont like carrot.
but when i drink it, it's nice.

den we saw a grp celebrating bdae.
cos d staff had to do some funni thing.
den d bdae girl had to stand on d chair.
kinda paiseh ah.
den it's andrew's time.
he also had to stand on d chair.
den sing him bdae song.
after tad, slack at fish & co for a while more.
den we went off.

all of us walked all d way to plaza sing.
in d end, d guys walk damn fast la.
leaving mi, vien and norvin behind.
actually ben and andrew were with us.
but they suddenly walked veri fast.
or maybe cos we walked slower.
den we were being left behind.
it's so tiring to walk from orchard to plaza sing.
and tad day mi and vien were wearing heels.

so when we reached there, we didn't see anyone at d entrance.
so we guessed they went ice monster.
and they indeed were there.
den mi, vien and norvin went to buy our tops first.
den went back ice monster.
they were alr seated.
but no seats for 3 of us.
looking at d time, we may not have enough time.
so we decided to go starbucks.
but den it's packed.
den norvin says wana go arcade.

when we were walking in, vien suggested walking back first.
cos we walked so slow.
and there wont be enough time for norvin to play.
so we decided to walk back slowly.
den ben called and asked us to wait for em.
and they took veri long to come.
when they came, they walked veri fast again.
ask them to slow down but they nv.
they even deliberately walked even faster.

so in d end we were the last again.
and we scared we will be late for d movies.
so mi and vien walked even faster.
we even ran a little here and there.
damn hot lor.
some went off.
onli mi, vien, norvin, jeen, ben and jack watching the movie.
we watched Hancock.
d movie is funni la.
but not realistic.
comedy movie lor.

after movie, went to eMax to find justin and guoxiang.
they didn't go home.
they went there to play com games.
after tad, they say wanna go home.
but mi and vien were like 'huh. we dont wanna go home so early'.
so we try to psycho ben to stay with us.
den jeen, just, gx and jack walk veri fast to d mrt la.
den they called ben saying last train alr.
and his psp were with jack.
so he ran off lor.
and it's 3 of us again.

we wanted to go Indochine.
so we walked there.
but it's full.
no seats for us alr.
and it's not easy to wait for ppl to leave.
cos it's a sat nite.
so after standing outside for quite some time, we decided to go home.
went to d bus stop behind wisma to take NR3.
tis is d first time going home so early.
when i reached home, i even managed to see d last 5-10 mins of 'i guess guess guess'

throughout d bus journey, norvin was telling his story.
his story at his work.
funni ones.
stupid ones.
den somehow, ended up talking abt clubbing.
say after going out with vien, our grp dont go to club anymore.
previously go clubbing cos of mi and ben ba.
but ben kinda quitted clubbing, so we nv go.
so it's not realli cos of vien.
it's juz so coincidental tad ben decided to quite clubbing.
and den tad period vien started joining d grp.



on sun, there's supposed to be a guai lan gang outing.
but was cancelled cos grace was sick.
so i had to try to postpone.
but it turned out to be no outing anymore.
cos everyone free time clashes.
when one is free, d other is not,
when one is not free, d other is.
so hard to organise sia.
so in d end, i guess we wont have d outing for now.
cos everyone seems so busi with their own stuff.

1 still working.
another 2 busi with uni stuff.

i miss our GUAI LAN gang IN ACTION!
